毫不猶豫就買了,配上家裡就有的馬鈴薯紅蘿蔔和綠花椰菜。

既豐盛又把之前剩下的食材都用光!實在太完美了

MM巧克力看到牛排時開心得不得了,馬上就開包裝

沒想到這高級牛排包裝裡還寫HOW TO COOK THE PERFECT STEAK

裡面寫著全熟半熟還是生的牛排煮法,這一定要記下來的呀!!!!!

RARE:

1. Cook for few minutes on one side (depending on thickness)

2. Turn and cook until steak feels "very soft" with back of tongs.

 

MEDIUM:

1. Cook on one side until moisture is visible on top surface.

2. Turn and cook on the second side until moisture is just visible.

3. Cook until steak feels "springy" with back of tongs.

 

WELL DONE:

1. Cook on one side until moisture appears on top surface.

2. turn and cook on second side until moisture reappears.

3. Reduce heat slightly and continue to cook until steak feels "very firm"

    with back of tongs.
