今天去面試一家茶飲店，

是我目前應徵過最扯的一家

首先要通過面試，第二關是筆試，如果錯一題就不能錄取

再來是30個小時分兩個禮拜的trainning(不給薪)。

全部都通過後一周會給15個小時的班

這家店的大小是只能容量兩個人在裡面工作的珍珠奶茶店

面試完走回去了路上只有一個念頭

"神經病"

之後還收到簡訊說忘記測試我英文程度，希望我寫一篇essay

有關在澳洲的工作經驗

我真的只覺得是瘋了，當五星級酒店在經營嘛?!

如果有任何一個好理由讓我想要去工作而要通過重重關卡也就算了

時薪也不高，時數也不長，沒啥規模的店，實在提不起勁跟她們搞

當他們在考慮什麼是他們適合的人選，設定關卡想找出優秀人才

不過相對的沒有去設想如果有優秀的人才自己有甚麼吸引力讓別人來上班

完全不了解如果她們這樣用心地徵選人才

是否符合報資報酬率，花許多的時間來應徵面試考試 ，

真的有多少人願意去上班，而又待的長久?

是我面試當然想著自己最需要的是甚麼樣的人

列出重點，薪水也許沒辦法給太多，但在我提出對別人的條件時

也會設想提供的福利，例如飲料的折扣或工作一天可試調一杯配自己可以喝

設考試測試應徵的人有沒有心提高上工後的流暢度

也要設好的福利，利誘她們想通過考試，有憧憬想要努力工作而獲得自己想要的。

話說這個標題是在店家傳給我簡訊希望我寫好寄給他們

不知道為什麼我就是很想寄，讓她們認為應該給我過關

之後再跟她們講 sorry, I found a better job. See u~

Within these 18 months I’ve spent in Australia,

I’ve caught those elusive stories shared by backpackers alike… the Australian experience.

I have worked chasing sheep ready for shearing in the heart of this country,

sharing a beer over the camp fire after a hard day’s work in the desert.

In Perth I orchestrated the entire operation of a hostel because of the manager’s full faith in me

to carry out tasks in a professional manner.

100 words only scratch the surface of the stories I can share with you but doing jobs

that pay $5 per/hr picking oranges to being paid $27 per/hr working in a desert,

my work experience has been truly eye opening.

I love to hear the stories from workmates about their times here and

I especially love to share my stories.

This is my home away from home.
